Who I am
I started my training as an interior designer because I experienced first-hand how rooms affect us. How they can calm or overwhelm. How much light, materials and proportions change our inner experience.
This insight has stayed with me to this day, and it is the reason I design rooms.
I want to create places where people can arrive. Rooms that do not impress loudly, but quietly carry you. Rooms that give security, create order and relieve the nervous system.
For me, interior design is not a pretty frame, but a quiet form of companionship.
I work with love for detail and with care. When I enter a room, I first look for the zones: Where does calm arise? Where is structure needed? Which areas need space, which need support?
This clarity is my compass. Only then do I choose materials: warm natural tones, soft surfaces, calm textures. Elements that do not overwhelm people, but ground them.
I know how stressful rooms can be when they want too much: too many colours, too many impulses, too little orientation.
That is why I create atmospheres that are quieter, but clearer.
Light, material, proportion: everything supports the person, not the other way round.
One of my most formative moments was my first design that moved someone emotionally. That is when I understood what interior design can really change: not just the room, but the person in it.
Since then, I do not design so that something looks “pretty”, but so that something in us becomes lighter.
That is my work: rooms that breathe. Rooms that carry. Rooms that give back.
